The procurement office in medical company Leo Pharma imposed new acquisitions protocols on all employees and needed an internal communication platform that would make everyone in HQ approve the new rules. The solution was a "Dilbert" inspired comic universe that portrayed “Procurement” as sympathetic eggheads while it relayed the message that the new rules applied for everyone and anytime. The campaign included a platform for DIY comic strips, manuals and protocol reminders.
